About Wave Properties

At Sea Port, we value our hard-working team and believe in providing a great place to work. Our corporate campus (known as Wave Properties) is made up of several unique cottages nestled along the Eastern shore of beautiful Lake Washington, creating the feeling of a quaint little fishing village.

Each of our office buildings bears its own distinctive name to match its unique color—a name that's related to the oceans, of course! Our green-colored building is called (what else?) the "Greenlipper" (named after our famous New Zealand Greenshell Mussels). We call the blue building "Blue Fin", and the yellow building, "Sand". There's also a red building known as "Red Coral", and finally, the grey building goes by the name of "Grey Sole".
