Heat oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add shallots, grape tomatoes and red pepper flakes and saute for 2 minutes. Add garlic and saute for another 30 seconds. Place prawns in skillet and season with salt and pepper. Saute until just pink, about 3 minutes. Add wine and parsley to pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute to concentrate flavors. Serve immediately.
