Chop the tentacles (consistency similar to ground meat). Mix the tentacles with the chopped green onions, flour, starch, garlic and olive oil thoroughly in a bowl. Stuff the squid tubes with the stuffing mix. Make sure you don’t put too much in as the tube shrinks when cooked. Once the squid tubes are all stuffed, heat the pan and add olive oil for frying. Fry for 5 to 10 minutes in medium to high meat.
