Basic Prawns Cocktail Sauce
Ingredients

1 cup ketchup

2 tablespoons grated fresh horseradish

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon hot sauce

2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves
Directions
In a small pot combine ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice and hot sauce. Refrigerate about 30 minutes until chilled. Stir in parsley just before serving.
