-Heat oven to 350 degrees
-Scoop out the insides and stems of all the mushrooms, then chop.
-In a medium sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat
-Add to sauce pan the garlic, green onions, the chopped insides and stems of mushrooms & bread crumbs
Sauté those ingredients until the mushrooms are tender about 6 minutes.
-Next add the crab meat & cheese to the sauce pan. Mix together and sauté until the cheese is melted.
-Fill each mushroom cap with 1-2 tbl of sautéed mixture.
-place all mushrooms cap side down on a cookie sheet. Cook in oven for about 7 minutes, until mushrooms start to brown.
